Come and enjoy this ancient form of exercise which focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing.  Led by Annie, our experienced yoga instructor, who will welcome you to this calming way to keep fit, flexible and to have fun.  There will be opportunity to have a cuppa and a chat afterwards.
